BUILT AROUND CARRIER DECISIONS

Visibility across customers,
pricing and service.

Across accounts, lanes, branches and services. Each finding gives your team a focused place to start an investigation.

01 / SALES & ACCOUNTS

Customer retention signals

Spot accounts sending materially fewer parcels than their earlier pattern. Review the timing and peer context before deciding how to respond.

Which accounts need a conversation?
02 / FINANCE & COMMERCIAL

Pricing & contribution

Investigate price erosion, unusual billing patterns and weak lane contribution where suitable charge and cost data is available.

Where does the commercial picture need a closer look?
03 / OPERATIONS

Recurring service failures

Find concentrations of failed deliveries and service deterioration, with account, branch, lane and service context to narrow the review.

Where is a recurring problem developing?

Signals support investigation. They do not establish a cause, predict a certain customer loss or represent guaranteed savings.

EVIDENCE, NOT JUST AN ALERT

The evidence behind
every insight.

A useful insight should be explainable. DriftLine brings the numbers, time window, comparisons and limitations into the same review.

  • See what changed and the affected accounts or segments.
  • Inspect trends and supporting records.
  • Claim or assign a finding, add context and record an outcome.
  • Follow recurring findings from one weekly run to the next.

DESIGNED TO FIT YOUR OPERATION

Your questions, answered.

Does this replace our TMS or BI tools?

No. DriftLine is an analysis and review layer alongside your existing systems. Its focus is surfacing material changes and giving teams a workflow to investigate them.

What data would you need?

We start by reviewing an agreed sample of waybill data and its available history. Account identifiers, dates, services, lanes and delivery events support different analyses; pricing and contribution questions also need suitable charge and cost fields. We confirm coverage before agreeing the evaluation.

How much integration is involved?

An agreed data export can be the starting point; a replacement of your core systems is not required. Mapping, refresh arrangements and information-security requirements depend on your data and are scoped with your team.

Who is behind DriftLine?

DriftLine is developed by SP Software Solutions Ltd, a UK company based in Bournemouth. It is already in paid production use, analysing millions of waybills.

Are you working with UK carriers?

We are opening a focused UK rollout and looking to work with one or two carriers initially. This allows a hands-on evaluation and close feedback. It is not an offer of market exclusivity.
